- 2 thick slices sourdough or brioche bread
- 3/4 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 3 tbsp seedless blackberry or raspberry jam
- Flaky sea salt & honey drizzle (optional)
Directions
Toast bread golden
Toast bread slices until golden brown and sturdy.
Whip ricotta and spread
Beat ricotta with a fork and pinch of salt until fluffy. Spread generously over warm toast.
Swirl jam
Dollop blackberry jam over ricotta and use back of spoon to swirl.
