Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe banana, thoroughly mashed
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp butter or coconut oil for the pan

Directions
Mash and whisk
Mash banana in a bowl until completely pureed. Whisk in eggs until frothy.
