Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- Vanilla frosting and rainbow sprinkles for topping (optional)
Directions
Mix cookie dough
In a bowl, stir dry cake mix, oil, and eggs with a wooden spoon until a thick, shiny dough forms.
Scoop and bake
Scoop 1 1/2-tablespoon dough balls onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 10β12 minutes until edges are set.
Cool and frost
Cool cookies completely, then spread with frosting and decorate with sprinkles.
