Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta, boiled al dente
- 12 oz smoked andouille or kielbasa sausage, sliced into coins
- 1 cup heavy cream & 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning blend
- Fresh chopped parsley for serving
Directions
Brown sausage coins
In a wide skillet, sear sliced sausage over medium-high heat for 5 minutes until browned and crispy.
Add cream and seasoning
Pour in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning; simmer 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Toss with pasta
Add boiled penne pasta. Toss 1 minute until sauce clings to pasta.
