Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick or all-purpose baking mix
- 1 cup sour cream (full-fat)
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- Jam and honey for serving
Directions
Stir 3 ingredients
Stir Bisquick and sour cream together. Pour melted butter into muffin cups; spoon batter into cups.
Bake until golden
Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 20 minutes until puffed and golden brown on top.
