Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional) & butter for frying

Blend bananas, eggs, and oats until smooth.

Ladle 2 tablespoons batter per pancake onto a buttered skillet over medium-low heat. Cook 2 mins; gently flip and cook 1 min.
