Ingredients

  • 2 large handfuls sturdy restaurant tortilla chips
  • 4 oz lump crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning & 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • Sriracha or hot sauce & lemon wedges for serving

Directions

Layer chips and crab

Spread chips on a baking sheet. Scatter crab meat and cheddar cheese evenly over chips. Dust with Old Bay.

Broil until melted

Broil for 3–4 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.

Garnish and enjoy

Drizzle with hot sauce, scatter dill, and squeeze fresh lemon over top.
