Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti pasta, broken in half
  • 1 lb lean ground beef & 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup smoky barbecue sauce & 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese & green onions for garnish

Directions

Brown beef and bacon

In an oven-safe skillet, brown chopped bacon and ground beef until cooked through; drain excess fat.

Simmer sauce and toss pasta

Stir in tomatoes, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, and boiled spaghetti. Top with cheddar cheese.
