SKILLET SIZZLE

The Gooey, Fudgy, One-Bowl Skillet Brownie I'm Making on Repeat

Melt butter directly in the cast-iron skillet, whisk in sugar, eggs, cocoa, and chocolate chips, and bake. The cast iron crisps the brownie edges while leaving the center gloriously gooey and molten for dipping spoons. Difficulty: Super Easy.

This has completely replaced my normal avocado toast! The beans blend so well you cannot even tell, and I stay full until lunchtime!

Great trick for adding protein without cooking eggs on busy mornings. Added a pinch of red pepper flakes and lemon zestβ€”delicious.
