Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour & 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt & 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup & 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder & 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or walnuts

Directions

Whisk batter in one bowl

Whisk eggs, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir in almond flour, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Fold in chips and bake

Fold in chocolate chips. Divide into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 22–25 minutes until golden.
