Ingredients
- 4 very ripe, heavily spotted bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs & 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 cups all-purpose flour & 1 tsp baking soda & 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Whisk one-bowl wet mix
In a large bowl, whisk mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and sour cream until silky.
Fold in dry ingredients
Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
Slow bake
