A famous family recipe passed down through decades: devil's food cake mix spiked with instant chocolate pudding, sour cream, miniature chocolate chips, and rich Mexican KahlΓΊa coffee liqueur. Incredibly moist and rich. Difficulty: Easy.
Ingredients
- 1 box devil's food cake mix & 1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 large eggs & 1/2 cup oil & 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup KahlΓΊa or coffee liqueur & 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 3 tbsp KahlΓΊa, 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Directions
Mix bundt batter
Beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, sour cream, and KahlΓΊa for 2 minutes. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Bake in bundt pan
Pour into well-greased 10-cup bundt pan. Bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 45β50 minutes until tester comes out clean. Invert and cool.
Drizzle Kahlua glaze
Whisk glaze ingredients until smooth; drizzle over cooled bundt cake.
