Clean morning energy without the coffee jitters: ceremonial matcha green tea blended with frozen banana, tropical mango, and baby spinach into a thick, spoonable smoothie bowl topped with sliced kiwi, hemp seeds, and crunchy granola. Difficulty: Super Easy.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp ceremonial or culinary Japanese matcha green tea powder
- 2 frozen bananas & 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut water (keep liquid low for thick texture)
- Toppings: sliced kiwi, toasted coconut flakes, chia seeds, oat granola
Directions
Blend thick smoothie
Add milk first, followed by spinach, matcha powder, frozen banana, and mango. Blend on high, using tamper to push down frozen fruit, until thick and frosty.
Assemble and top bowl
Spoon into bowls. Artfully arrange sliced kiwi, chia seeds, coconut flakes, and granola over top.
