7 Grab-and-Go Breakfasts for Back-to-School
School mornings don't have to be chaos. These easy meal-prep baked oat bars pack whole grains, applesauce, and berries into portable hand-held squares your kids can eat on the bus. Difficulty: Easy.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce & 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey & 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries and blueberries
Directions
Mix and press into pan
Stir oats, applesauce, almond butter, honey, and cinnamon. Fold in berries. Press firmly into 8x8 pan.
Bake into bars
Bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 25 minutes until golden around edges. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
