Inspired by Korean canned tuna snacks and spicy tuna sushi rolls: canned tuna mixed with creamy Kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha, toasted sesame oil, and crunchy scallions. Serve with roasted seaweed sheets or warm rice. Difficulty: Super Easy.
Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz each) solid white albacore tuna, drained
- 3 tbsp Kewpie or regular mayonnaise & 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil & 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds & roasted seaweed sheets for dipping
Directions
Whisk spicy sauce
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and sesame oil until smooth.
Fold in tuna and scallions
Add drained tuna and sliced scallions. Stir until coated. Garnish with sesame seeds.
