Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise & 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives
- 2 slices toasted sourdough bread & salt and pepper
Directions
Mash eggs in bowl
Mash eggs with mayo, mustard, chives, salt, and pepper until creamy with visible egg chunks.
Pile on warm toast
Heap onto toasted sourdough and garnish with extra black pepper.
