Ingredients
- 2 thick slices artisan sourdough bread
- 1 large ripe Hass avocado
- 1/2 clove fresh garlic (for rubbing toast)
- Juice of 1/2 lime & 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Flaky sea salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Toast and garlic rub
Toast sourdough until golden and crusty. Lightly rub cut garlic clove across hot bread surface.
Mash and assemble
Mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Pile onto toast; top with cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes.
