Ingredients
- Cake: 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup buttermilk, 2 eggs
- Icing: 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 6 tbsp milk, 3 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Boil butter and PB; mix batter
Bring butter, PB, and water to a boil. Pour over flour and sugar. Whisk in buttermilk, eggs, and baking soda. Bake in jelly roll pan at 350Β°F for 20 mins.
Boil icing and pour hot
Bring butter, PB, and milk to boil. Whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour immediately over hot cake.
