The definitive weekend brunch and lunch cocktail: high quality tomato juice spiced with prepared horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, and a celery salt-rimmed glass. Difficulty: Super Easy.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups good tomato juice (like Campbell's or Sacramento)
- 3 oz vodka
- 1 tbsp lemon juice & 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish & 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
- Celery salt for glass rim & celery stalks and olives for garnish
Directions
Rim glass with celery salt
Run a lemon wedge around glass rims; dip into celery salt.
Shake cocktail and pour
In a shaker with ice, shake tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire, and Tabasco. Strain into glasses over fresh ice.
