Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour & 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder & 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter & 2 large eggs & 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract & rainbow sprinkles for topping
Directions
Whisk one-bowl batter
Whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Bake until springy
Pour into an 8x8-inch pan. Bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 28β30 minutes until a tester comes out clean.
Frost and sprinkle
Cool completely; spread with vanilla frosting and scatter rainbow sprinkles.
