Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour & 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder & 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup melted butter & 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs & 1/2 cup milk & 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries & 2 tbsp coarse turbinado sugar for topping
Directions
Mix batter gently
Whisk dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients. Stir together gently; fold in fresh blueberries.
Sugar tops and bake
Spoon into muffin tin. Generously sprinkle turbinado sugar on tops. Bake at 385Β°F (195Β°C) for 18β20 minutes.
