Grilled Balsamic-Marinated Flank Steak
Using balsamic vinegar in a marinade for grilled flank steak is a genius move. In just one ingredient, the vinegar imparts tons of complex flavor to the meat while also tenderizing this lean cut with its acid. A dollop of country-style Dijon mustard, some grated garlic, and a dash of paprika balance out the sweetness in the balsamic.
Ingredients

- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar & 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard & 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika, salt and black pepper
Directions
Marinate steak
Whisk balsamic, olive oil, mustard, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat steak.
Sear on grill
Grill over high heat for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare (135Β°F).

This has completely replaced my normal avocado toast! The beans blend so well you cannot even tell, and I stay full until lunchtime!
Great trick for adding protein without cooking eggs on busy mornings. Added a pinch of red pepper flakes and lemon zestβdelicious.
