Fresh Strawberry Peach Smoothie with Greek Yogurt & Honey
A vibrant 5-minute blender smoothie packed with juicy summer peaches, ripe strawberries, and creamy protein-rich Greek yogurt.

- No added refined sugars: Natural fruit sweetness complemented by a spoonful of raw honey.
- Packed with 12g of protein per glass from whole milk Greek yogurt.
- No ice required if you use frozen strawberries for a frosty, thick texture.
In the heat of midsummer, heavy breakfasts simply don't appeal. This smoothie combines two of nature's greatest fruit partners: tart, aromatic strawberries and mellow, floral yellow peaches.
If fresh peaches are in season, leave the skins on! The peach skins add extra fiber and give the smoothie a gorgeous sunset-pink hue.
Fresh Strawberry Peach Smoothie with Greek Yogurt & Honey
When ripe summer peaches and fragrant strawberries hit peak season at the farmers market, this smoothie is the most refreshing way to start your morning. Thickened naturally with Greek yogurt and sweetened with a touch of wildflower honey, it delivers a sunny, vibrant burst of vitamins and antioxidants in less than 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
- 1 large ripe peach, pitted and chopped (skin on)
- 3/4 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
- 1 tbsp pure honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4-5 ice cubes (omit if using frozen fruit)
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Directions
Layer Liquids First
Pour almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey into the base of a high-speed blender. Adding liquids first ensures the blades spin smoothly without air pockets.
Add Fruit and Ice
Add chopped peaches, strawberries, and ice cubes on top.
Blend until Creamy
Start blender on LOW, then ramp up to HIGH. Blend for 60 to 75 seconds until completely smooth, creamy, and velvety with no fruit chunks remaining.
Pour and Enjoy
Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with a fresh peach slice on the rim and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately with a wide straw.
💡 CHEF'S PRO TIPS
