Ingredients
- 10-12 frozen pork, chicken, or vegetable potstickers / gyoza
- 1 bag (14 oz) shredded coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
- 1/3 cup sesame ginger or sweet chili dressing
- 1 tbsp cooking oil & 1/4 cup water (for steaming dumplings)
- Sliced scallions & toasted sesame seeds (optional garnish)
Directions
Pan-fry and steam potstickers
Sear potstickers in oil 3 mins until bottoms are browned. Add water, cover with lid, and steam 5 mins until hot throughout.
Toss with slaw and dressing
Toss coleslaw mix with sesame ginger dressing. Top with warm crispy potstickers and scatter scallions over top.
