Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups dry red lentils (masoor dal), rinsed
- 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 medium onion, diced & 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp coconut oil & 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp garam masala
