  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 medium onion, diced & 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil & 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp garam masala
