Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken pieces (drumsticks and bone-in thighs)
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard & 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce & 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper & 1 tsp smoked paprika
Directions
Marinate chicken
Whisk mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire, oil, and spices. Coat chicken; chill 2 hours.
Bake until glazed
Arrange on baking sheet. Bake at 400Β°F for 40-45 mins, basting with pan juices, until skin is sticky and browned.
