- 1 lb tagliatelle or pappardelle pasta
Directions

Cook soffritto in butter 8 mins. Add meats; cook until pink is gone.
Simmer wine and milk
Add wine; simmer until dry. Add milk; simmer until absorbed.
Slow simmer with tomatoes
Add tomatoes; cook on bare simmer for 1 hour until deep and velvety.
