Ingredients
- 1 can (12 oz) classic Spam, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp maple syrup & 1 tsp soy sauce
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese & 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp butter & 2 tbsp flour
Directions
Crisp and glaze Spam
Fry Spam in a skillet 6 mins until crispy. Add maple syrup and soy sauce; toss 1 min to glaze.
Make cheese sauce and toss
Make quick roux with butter and flour, whisk milk until thick. Stir in cheddar and cooked pasta. Fold in glazed Spam.
